Lydicamycin属于具有高度选择性抗生素活性的新型结构类别。最近的研究表明,莱迪霉素及其相关代谢产物抗生素TPU-0037-A和抗生素TPU-0037-C对MRSA具有高度活性。Lydicamycin还与从Microtetraspora菌株中分离出的抗生素BN 4515N密切相关。显示对革兰氏阳性细菌具有抗菌活性。对MRSA具有高度活性。 Lydicamycin belongs to a novel structural class with highly selective antibiotic activity. Recent research has shown that lydicamycin and the related metabolites, Antibiotic TPU-0037-A and Antibiotic TPU-0037-C, are highly active against MRSA. Lydicamycin is also closely related to Antibiotic BN 4515N which was isolated from a strain of|Microtetraspora|as a neuritogenic agent. Shown to have antibacterial activities against Gram-positive bacteria. Highly active against MRSA. |
