描述

产品介绍 无臭,无味。1g溶于190ml水,500ml乙醇,能溶于热水、热醇和稀氢氧化钠溶液,微溶于水和醇,几乎不溶于乙醚。

生化机理 通过尿酸途径的嘌呤代谢物。尿酸也可与自由基反应生成尿囊素,因此尿囊素可作为氧化应激反应的有效生物标记。
应用 具有两性性质,可与许多物质生成金属盐和加合物并能保持原有特性。其饱和水溶液(0.6%)呈微酸性(pH=6),在pH=4~9的水溶液中能保持稳定,在碱性溶液中和长时间煮沸时发生分解。饱和水溶液的pH为5.5。
