描述

产品介绍 有吸湿性。溶于热水,不溶于冷水、有机溶剂。适当浓度的水溶液,遇冷凝结成胶状。在低pH时,凝胶强度下降,甚至不能成胶状,冰冻的凝胶解冻后凝胶形状会破坏,但加热溶解放冷后可重新形成原来形状。

应用 脱氧核糖核酸(DNA),脂蛋白和免疫电泳用。生化研究免疫扩散等的底物。生物学、免疫学、生物化学和微生物学研究。临床医学上用于乙型肝炎抗原(HAA)测定。血电泳分析。甲胎球蛋白测定。肝炎、肝癌和心血管等疾病的诊断。
