描述

产品介绍 溶于冷水,易溶于热水呈亮黄色,溶于乙醇呈黄色,其水溶液温度超过70℃时会分解为四甲基苯甲酮,其水溶液加入浓硫酸呈无色,稀释后呈淡黄色。水中溶解度:10 g/l (20°C)。溶于DMF、丙酮 。

应用 主要应用于结核杆菌等抗酸性菌的荧光染色。抗酸性菌用荧光染料Auramine O(金胺O)染色后,用含有紫外光源的荧光显微镜检查,将会发出闪亮的橘黄颜色。这种方法可用较低倍镜检,因此能更快速找出抗酸性菌。
