描述

产品介绍 可溶于水,呈蓝黑色。溶于酒精呈蓝色,微溶于丙酮,不溶于其他有机溶剂。遇浓硫酸呈蓝光绿色,将其稀释后生成暗绿色光的蓝色沉淀;遇浓硝酸呈暗绿色溶液,后转变为酱红色;遇10%氢氧化钠溶液呈艳蓝色。其水溶液加浓盐酸生成绿光蓝色沉淀,加氢氧化钠液生成蓝色沉淀。染色时,遇铜、铁离子,其色泽前者微有变化,后者略带浅绿.

应用 用于对聚丙烯酰胺凝胶、琼脂糖凝胶和硝酸纤维素膜上蛋白质的染色。在电泳后,推荐固定蛋白质在胶上。 胶用 0.1% 氨基黑10B的7% (v/v) 醋酸溶液染至少2 小时,然后用7% (v/v) 醋酸溶液脱色。检测灵敏度大概是考马斯亮蓝R250的20%.
