应用 用于制定取锗锭、有机锗、锗酸铋晶体、催化剂、光纤用四氯化锗、荧光粉和锗玻璃等原料。
HfGeO4 和 HfGeO4:Ti(都可用于 X 射线荧光粉)的原料。
