产品介绍 溶于酸,不溶于沸水及碱性溶液中,在湿空气中能形成氢氧化物薄膜。

应用 主要用作包覆层(或制成合金)以增强金属材料的耐腐蚀性,并广泛用作电子器件。合金涂层作反射器。铟合金用作反应堆控制棒等。磷化铟锑化铟等都是半导体材料。
