易溶于王水,能溶于硝酸及硫酸。耐硫化氢腐蚀,常温下表面不晦暗。氢氟酸、高氯酸、磷酸、醋酸常温下不腐蚀钯,但盐酸、硫酸、氢溴酸可轻微腐蚀钯。硝酸、氯化铁、次氯酸盐和湿的卤素会快速腐蚀钯。 主要用于电子工业厚膜浆料、多层陶瓷电容器内外电极材料。
