生化机理 四溴酚蓝(TBPB)属于磺酞类酸碱指示剂。它可用于用 Hg2(NO3)2 对卤素进行电位滴定。此外,它还被用作尿液试纸检测蛋白尿的染料指示剂。在这种检测方法中,随着尿蛋白浓度的增加,TBPB 的颜色会从淡绿色依次变为蓝色。TBPB 与蛋白质的结合取决于 pH 值。
