A new adsorbent based on aptamer functionalized magnetic hydrophobic polymer (MHbPA) was developed for specific and efficient adsorption of alternariol (AOH). Through the synergistic effect of aptamer-AOH affinity and hydrophobic interaction of polymer, enhanced adsorption properties had been realized, in which AOH aptamer was the first selected through capture-SELEX with good specificity and affinity, and the targeting polymer was designed based on the hydrophobicity of AOH to increase the interaction. The proposed MHbPA demonstrated a high adsorption capacity of 187.6 ng/mg for AOH. The adsorption behavior was considered as Langmuir adsorption model and pseudo-secondary kinetic adsorption model. Notably, the adsorption of AOH in wheat powder samples could be accomplished within 10 mins with acceptable recoveries. The as designed adsorbent with synergistic effect provides new insights into the development of enhanced pretreatment materials for mycotoxin monitoring in complex food matrices with specific aptamer and targeting polymer.

The development of shear-resistant drag reducer agent (DRA) is crucial for enhancing oil recovery, especially during high-speed pumping and fracturing processes where polymer networks are prone to damage, leading to the reduction of the drag reduction (DR) performance. To address this issue, the introduction of nano-silica into the polymer structure, while maintaining good DR, endows the DRA with better shear resistance and salt resistance through its unique cross-linking mode. In this study, a novel shear-resistant and fast-dissolving drag reducer was synthesized through free-radical polymerization using acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA), 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropyl sulfonic acid (AMPS) and KH570 modified nano-silica. The comprehensive properties of drag reducer were studied using conductivity and dissolution time test, microscopic morphology analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, and rheological test. The results suggestion that the PAPO-10@SiO 2 exhibits outstanding characteristics, including rapid dissolution (4 min), excellent salt resistance (DR rate up to 80.41% at a polymer concentration of 500 mg/L) and nano-silica concentration of 1.5 wt%. Moreover, the mechanism of drag reduction was proposed that nano-silica connects the molecular chains through multiple cross-linking effects of chemical cross-linking and physical adsorption, which enhances the stability of the network structure and prevents the destruction of the molecular chain structure by shear force effectively (viscosity retention of 76.9% after shearing for 40 min at 90°C and 170 s −1 ). In summary, this study provides valuable insights for developing polymers with both shear resistance and dissolution properties in aqueous solutions.

All-solid-state lithium battery (ALLSB) with organic/inorganic composite solid-state electrolyte (CSSE) is one of the candidates for future energy storage due to the high specific energy and safety. However, large impedances and incompatibilities at the rigid electrode/electrolyte and internal interfaces of CSSE remain stumbling blocks for the spread of ASSLB. Acrylamide (AM)-contained (3-methacrylamidopropyl) triethoxysilane (MTS) is incorporated into CSSE to optimize the interfaces and modulate the ion diffusion and deposition behaviors based on the in-situ synergy effects of coupling/crosslinking and hydrogen bonding . Multiple hydrogen bonds between CSSEs and polar AM groups construct diverse Li interactions and facilitate dissociation and diffusion of Li. Coupling/crosslinking effect of the MTS can in-situ rearrange the above diversified Li environment. In turn, hydrogen bonds strengthen the coupling effect to the interface. The synergistic function contributes to favorable interfacial compatibility and stability, establishing a fast ion transport channel in the ASSLB. The MTS-intervened CSSE exhibits superior electrochemical and thermal properties. Li symmetric cells with this functional CSSE demonstrate stable lithium deposition/extraction for up to 2000 h. Moreover, the Li|LiFePO 4 battery retains 91.7 % of its capacity after 500 cycles. This in-situ synergistic regulation provides a rational and simple guide for enhancing interface stability in CSSE and ASSLB.
