Sb3+-Doped dual-phase perovskite nanocrystals with strong green luminescence and excellent Water and thermal stability
Although lead halide perovskite nanocrystals (PNCs) materials exhibit excellent optoelectronic properties, their instability and toxicity seriously limit their wide-spread application. Herein, we described a new type of highly-luminescent Sb 3+ -doped dual-phase CsPb 2 Br 5 /CsPbBr 3 PNCs material, synthesized by a modified ligand-assisted re-precipitation (LARP) method at room temperature. The obtained Sb 3+ -doped dual-phase PNCs achieve high photoluminescence quantum yields (PLQYs) and excellent light, water, and thermal stability. Additionally, the fast anion exchange involving Sb 3+ -doped dual-phase PNCs effectively extends their photoluminescence across the entire visible spectral region. The large-scale synthesis and optical tunability of low-toxicity Sb 3+ -doped dual-phase CsPb 2 Br 5 /CsPbBr 3 PNCs are advantageous for future applications in optoelectronic devices.
