Ultrasensitive electrochemical aptasensor based on the Cu/Al-MOF Decorated Ti3C2 for Kanamycin detection in milk and honey
Kanamycin (KANA), a widely used antibiotic associated with foodborne disease, requires accurate monitoring solutions. This study presents a novel ultrasensitive electrochemical aptasensor for KANA quantification using a signal amplification method. The sensing platform was constructed with Cu/Al-MOF@Ti 3 C 2 nanocomposites as the support and incorporated aptamers specifically recognizing KANA. Among them, Cu/Al-MOF provided a high specific surface area for anchoring a large number of aptamers, Ti 3 C 2 was used to enhance the conductivity of the aptasensor, the aptamers have been used for the improvement of the sensitivity of the aptasensor, and the insertion of Cu/Al-MOF into Ti 3 C 2 sheets effectively prevents stacking between Ti 3 C 2 sheets. In the context of KANA, the specific recognition of the aptamer led to a decrease in the electrochemical signal. Under optimal conditions, the logarithm of the electrochemical output signal versus KANA concentration was linear over the range of 10 fM to 100 nM with a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.74 fM. In addition, the aptasensor showed excellent accuracy and high reproducibility and has been successfully employed in actual samples, enabling the detection of a wide range of targets by simply replacing the matching aptamer.
