The efficient capture of myricetin is often challenged by its instability in alkaline environments, which contradicts the alkaline conditions required for traditional boronate affinity materials. To address this, a dual-recognition molecularly imprinted polymer (DMIP) supported on HOF-101 was developed using a deep eutectic solvent (DES)-driven strategy. A dual DES system was employed to achieve synergistic recognition: ternary DES 1 acts as a functional monomer combining boronate affinity and hydrogen bonding, while binary DES 2 serves as a green solvent and porogen. Crucially, the ethylene glycol in DES 2 facilitates “teamed boronate affinity” via B–O coordination, significantly lowering the p K a of boronic acid groups. This mechanism enables efficient specific recognition at pH 6.0, effectively overcoming the limitation of decreased affinity under weakly acidic conditions. The optimized BA-DES/DMIPs exhibited rapid equilibrium (20 min), a high Langmuir maximum adsorption capacity (45.016 mg/g), and excellent stability over five cycles. Furthermore, the material demonstrated superior selectivity against structural analogs and achieved satisfactory recovery rates (99.80%–101.67%) in grape juice, confirming its potential for green and efficient separation in complex matrices.

The fluctuation of copper ion (Cu 2+ ) content is closely related to the physiological state of the human body. Developing a facile and highly selective micropipette sensor to precisely monitor Cu 2+ content has become crucial for the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of diseases. Herein, we propose a hydrogen-bonded organic framework (HOF-101)-functionalized micropipette sensor, which enables highly sensitive and real-time detection of copper ions based on an ionic current-voltage response. This micropipette sensor is capable of detecting Cu 2+ in human serum with a remarkably low limit of detection (LOD) of 0.11 μM, while offering a broad dynamic detection range of 10 –1 –10 4 μM. The adsorption mechanism was elucidated through density functional theory (DFT) calculations, revealing the coordination effect and electrostatic interactions between Cu 2+ and the -COOH groups of HOF-101. This study not only fulfills the requirements of simple and sensitive detection of Cu 2+ , but also provides a new method for HOFs to detect ions in vivo.
Escherichia coli O157:H7 ( E. coli O157:H7 ) emerges as a foodborne pathogen, emphasizing the imperative for creating precise detection tools. An ultrasensitive electrochemiluminescence/fluorescence (ECL/FL) dual-signal mode aptasensor was constructed for the detection of E. coli O157:H7 . Ultrafine silver nanoparticles were loaded on the surface of hydrogen-bonded organic skeleton materials by in-situ photoreduction method, and then combined with aptamers that can identify specific targets to prepare HOF-101@AgNPs@Apt, greatly simplifying the ECL/FL dual-signal mode probe fabrication process and improving sensing reliability. HOF-101@AgNPs@Apt had both strong ECL luminescence and fluorescence, resulting in a high detection sensitivity. The low limit of detection (LOD) for ECL and FL were 0.48 CFU mL −1 and 2.39 CFU mL −1 , respectively. Moreover, the proposed dual-signal mode aptasensor has been successfully applied to determine E. coli O157:H7 levels in tap water and milk with superior accuracy and high antiinterference capability, providing a promising method for food safety monitoring.
