Na2Ti3O7 nanotubes was synthesized by a hydrothermal method, and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Then the material was coated on Al2O3 ceramic
substrate to fabricate humidity sensors using Ag–Pd as interdigitated electrodes. The sensor shows high humidity sensitivity and quick response-recovery time. The impedance changes about five orders of magnitude within humidity range from 11% to 95% relative humidity (RH). At the frequency
of 100 Hz, the response time is 2 s and recovery time is 4 s, and the maximum hysteresis is less than 3% RH. Moreover, complex impedance property at different RH was investigated to study sensing mechanism. The results indicate the potential applications of Na2Ti3O7
nanotubes for fabricating high-performance humidity sensors.

Cesium ions (Cs + ) were absorbed using electrochemically switched ion exchange (ESIX) method based on Na 2 Ti 3 O 7 nanotubes , which were synthesized on surface of foam titanium plate by one-step hydrothermal method (TNT-F). SEM, TEM, XRD , Raman and XPS were used to characterize the TNT-F. During the adsorption process , the effects of adsorption potential, initial Cs + concentration, pH value and competing ions were investigated. It was found that the application of electric field force can effectively promote the adsorption process. Furthermore, pH value and competitive ions have a slight effect on the adsorption process. The desorption ability of TNT-F was also considered. The experimental results show that the desorption ratio also can be greatly improved by applying potential. In addition, TNT-F has a good reusability and reproducibility, it also has good adsorption performance under high concentration of competitive ions. In a word, the high performance TNT-F electrode which was easy to obtain in low cost is expected to become a promising material for Cs + collection.
Graphical Na 2 Ti 3 O 7 nanotubes prepared by a hydrothermal method are used as anode materials for sodium-ion batteries (SIBs), showing a reversible discharge capacity of 126.2 mAh g −1 at 100 mA g −1 and an excellent cycling performance. Solid-state SIBs containing these nanotube anodes and an Na 3 Zr 2 Si 2 PO 12 solid electrolyte show a performance that is comparable to that of batteries containing a liquid electrolyte. Moreover, the prepared solid-state SIBs can store mechanical energy harvested by triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs). Na 2 Ti 3 O 7 (NTO) is a potential anode material with low discharge voltage for room-temperature sodium-ion batteries. In this work, NTO nanotubes were prepared by a hydrothermal method. XRD, SEM, TEM, and HRTEM studies are performed to investigate the composition, morphology, and structure. As anodes for sodium-ion batteries, NTO nanotubes show a reversible capacity of 126.2 mAh g −1 at 100 mA g −1 . The discharge capacity can still reach 109 mAh g −1 even for 2000 cycles. Solid-state sodium-ion batteries containing NTO-nanotube anodes and an Na 3 Zr 2 Si 2 PO 12 solid electrolyte display a comparable performance to batteries with a liquid electrolyte. Moreover, the prepared solid-state sodium battery is also demonstrated to store mechanical energy harvested by triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs). The discharge capacity reaches 121 mAh g −1 at 5 mA g −1 .
