Conductive PANi nanofibers were synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization, and their morphology and structure were analyzed. SEBS and SEBS/PANi fiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning method, and the influence of THF/toluene binary solvent on fiber morphology was analyzed. Under the action of a high voltage electrostatic field, PANi migrates to the surface of the Taylor cone. With the rapid evaporation of THF , PANi nanofibers accumulate and electrochemically crosslink, forming a unique SEBS/PANi micro-nano fiber structure. The prepared electrospun SEBS/PANi membrane has a large strain recovery capability, and the thermal stability is remarkably improved as compared with the electrospun SEBS membrane. The electrospun SEBS/PANi membrane has good corrosion resistance to stainless steel, and the corrosion rate is greatly reduced, showing corrosion resistance even under large tensile deformation.

Water and energy are indispensable pillars of human civilization, yet both face mounting challenges due to population growth, climate change, and environmental degradation. Enhancing the efficiency of water and energy systems and reducing their environmental impact are thus critical to achieving a low-carbon, water-secure future. This study introduces a novel, scalable and adjustable water-electricity coproduction fabric (PP-WECF) developed via an accessible shuttle-flying weaving technique. The PP-WECF integrates PEDOT:PSS fibers, which serve as a transpiration-driven electrokinetic power generator, with hydrophilic fibers that channel water, and PANI fibers that enable solar-driven steam generation. The integration of PEDOT:PSS fibers and PANI fibers for PP-WECF facilitates sustainable operation and synergistic energy utilization. Furthermore, our results demonstrate that solar illumination of 1 kW·m −2 , the PP-WECF shows an efficient, self-operating, and sustainable output of 1.1 V, 116.0 μA, and 1.6 kg·m −2 ·h −1 in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution. The scalable, prolonged, and adaptable outdoor operation throughout the daytime ensures the clean production of electricity and freshwater.
Wearable smart sensors have broad prospects in medical health and physical exercise. In this study, the core–shell conductive fiber membrane was prepared by adding multiwalled carbon nanotubes during polymerization of aniline on spun fibers. In comparison to the conventionally utilized polymerized aniline, the integration of carbon nanotube particulates enhances the conductivity and surface area, provides more aniline polymerization sites, and simultaneously increases the stability of the composite film. The pressure sensor has a sensitivity of 61.12, 40.32, and 23.17 kPa −1 in the range of 0–7.1 kPa, 7.1–11.1 kPa, and 11.1–19.54 kPa. In addition, it has a fast response time (loading time of 120 ms and unloading time of only 22 ms) and exhibits excellent cyclic stability through numerous loading–unloading cycles. These properties enable the sensor to be applied to real-time monitoring of human sports health, such as knee and elbow bending, mouse clicking, beaker holding, and so on. This research method provides a new strategy and technology for conducting polymers as materials for flexible electronic equipment.
