Safety use of hydrogen leads to the development of highly sensitive materials for hydrogen sensing. Herein, Pd(II)@alkyne-PVA/ d -Ti 3 C 2 T x composite was prepared by spin-coating Pd(II)@alkyne-PVA solution onto the filter membrane supported with delaminated Ti 3 C 2 T x ( d -Ti 3 C 2 T x ). The properties of the composite were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results demonstrate that the composite shows high sensitivity and stability for hydrogen sensing.
To alleviate kinetics imbalance and capacity insufficiency simultaneously, a novel hierarchical structure (SnCu2Se4/d-Ti3C2Tx/NPC) composed of delaminated Ti3C2Tx, SnCu2Se4 nanoparticles, and N-doped porous carbon layers is designed as a battery-type anode for lithium/sodium ion hybrid capacitor (LIC/SIC). The combination of SnCu2Se4 nanoparticles with high specific capacity, d-Ti3C2Tx with accelerated ion diffusion path, and NPC with enhanced electronic conductivity makes the SnCu2Se4/d-Ti3C2Tx/NPC composite possess excellent cycling stabilities in half-cell lithium-ion and sodium-ion batteries (LIB and SIB), with capacities of 114 mAh g–1 after 6000 cycles at 10 A g–1 for LIB and 296 mAh g–1 after 900 cycles at 1.0 A g–1 for SIB. The rate performance is also outstanding, with recovered capacity of 738 mAh g–1 at 0.1 A g–1 after cycles at current densities up to 50 A g–1 for LIB. Subsequently, LIC and SIC based on the SnCu2Se4/d-Ti3C2Tx/NPC anode and activated carbon cathode exhibit high energy densities of 147.9 and 158.6 Wh kg–1 at a power density of 100 W kg–1, respectively. They also possess distinctive long lifespans with capacity retentions of 78 and 81% after 10,000 cycles at 1.0 A g–1, respectively, demonstrating the feasibility of SnCu2Se4/d-Ti3C2Tx/NPC toward energy devices requiring high energy density, power density, and long-term stability.
For lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) with high energy density, it is critical to develop reliable and high-capacity anode materials. In this work, d-Ti 3 C 2 T x /h-BN hybrid layered nanocomposites with uniform distribution are synthesized using a simple liquid phase blending method and investigated as an anode material for LIBs. The results reveal that the uniformly dispersed h-BN anchored on the d-Ti 3 C 2 T x nanosheets can effectively prevent the d-Ti 3 C 2 T x nanosheets from restacking during charging and discharging processes, as well as improve the electronic conductivity. The studies show that the electrochemical performance, such as the capacity and cyclic stability, of d-Ti 3 C 2 T x /h-BN electrode is better than that of pure d-Ti 3 C 2 T x materials.

In this work, an electrochemical sensor was developed based on the delaminated titanium carbide nanosheet (d-Ti 3 C 2 T x ) and fullerene (C 60 ) composite modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The composite materials d-Ti 3 C 2 T x /C 60 were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The prepared modified electrode (d-Ti 3 C 2 T x /C 60 /GCE) exhibited commendable electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of baicalein. Under the optimum detection conditions, the detection of baicalin showed a wide linear range of 0.015–4.0 μM with a detection limit of 0.005 μM. In addition, the d-Ti 3 C 2 T x /C 60 /GCE showed good reproducibility, stability and anti-interference. It was also successfully used for the determination of baicalin in the commercially available Shuanghuanglian oral liquid with satisfactory results.
