概述
该产品可以用于 Western 时湿法电转膜，是一种安全无毒的转膜液，没有使用剧毒的甲醇，也没有使用其它的有毒试剂。配制 Western 湿转转膜液的方法非常便捷，不需要调节 pH 值。本 Western 转膜液共 1 包，可以配制 1 升转膜液。
注意事项：
1. 配制时需使用分析纯级别的乙醇或纯度更高的乙醇。
2. 配制好的湿转转膜液可室温或 4℃保存，通常两周内使用没有任何问题，当颜色变成浅棕色或黄褐色，应丢弃。
3. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
使用说明：
1. 取一包可以配制 1 升 Western 转膜液的粉剂，倒入到一洁净的烧杯中，加入蒸馏水约 700 毫升，溶解。
2. 再加入 200 毫升无水乙醇或 210 毫升 95%乙醇，混匀。
3. 然后在量筒中用蒸馏水定容至 1 升。混匀后即可使用，无需调节 pH 值。
This product can be used for Western wet electro transfer film, is a safe and non-toxic transfer film solution, without the use of highly toxic methanol or other toxic reagents. The method of preparing Western wet spinning film solution is very convenient and does not require adjusting the pH value. There is a total of 1 package of Western film transfer solution, which can be used to prepare 1 liter of Western wet film transfer solution.
Precautions：
1. When preparing, analytical grade ethanol or higher purity ethanol should be used.
2. The prepared wet rolling film solution can be stored at room temperature or 4 ℃ and is usually used without any problems within two weeks. When the color turns light brown or yellow brown, it should be discarded.
3. For your safety and health, please wear lab clothes and disposable gloves when operating.
Instructions for Use：
1. Take a packet of powder that can be used to prepare 1 liter of Western transfer solution, pour it into a clean beaker, add about 700 milliliters of distilled water, and dissolve.
2. Add 200 milliliters of anhydrous ethanol or 210 milliliters of 95% ethanol and mix well.
3. Then add distilled water to a volumetric flask to reach a volume of 1 liter. After mixing, it can be used without adjusting the pH value.
