微生物双重荧光染色液（湿片法）（聚集诱导发光） 是一种灵敏度高、稳定性强、适用性广的微生物染料，可用于对阴道分泌物进行涂片染色，是化学染色的理想替代品，在5min内即可获得清晰的视野成像，操作简单，结果直观。利用双重荧光染色技术，AIE复合荧光染料将样本中的上皮细胞、白细胞、线索细胞、细菌及真菌等进行染色。在荧光显微镜特殊波段激发下，被染色的微生物在黑暗背景中发出不同的荧光，形态结构清晰可辨。
实验方法
1．取20-50μL新鲜样本（采集后2小时内使用）和1-10μL平衡至室温的染色液（实际用量根据实际需求调节）混匀；
2．用移液枪吸取10-20μL混匀样本滴加在载玻片上，加盖盖玻片，置于荧光显微镜下观察。
样本要求
适用于女性阴道分泌物样本。采集容器应清洁，一般采用生理盐水浸湿的棉拭子于阴道深部或阴道后穹隆、宫颈口等处取得样本。

This product is suitable for detecting vaginal secretions by the wet - mount method. Through the Microbial Dual-Fluorescence Staining Solution (Wet Mount Method, Aggregation-induced emission, AIE) , epithelial cells, white blood cells, fungi and bacteria in the sample can be distinguished.

Microbial Dual-Fluorescence Staining Solution (Wet Mount Method, Aggregation-induced emission, AIE) is a microbial dye with high sensitivity, strong stability and wide applicability. It can be used for smear staining of vaginal secretions and is an ideal substitute for chemical staining. Clear field - of - view imaging can be obtained within 5 minutes, with simple operation and intuitive results. Using dual - fluorescence staining technology, the AIE composite fluorescent dye stains epithelial cells, white blood cells, clue cells, bacteria and fungi in the sample. Under the excitation of a specific wavelength of the fluorescence microscope, the stained microorganisms emit different fluorescences in a dark background, and their morphological structures are clearly distinguishable.
Experimental Method
1. Take 20 - 50 μL of fresh sample (to be used within 2 hours after collection) and 1 - 10 μL of staining solution equilibrated to room temperature (the actual dosage is adjusted according to actual needs) and mix them evenly.
2. Use a pipette to take 10 - 20 μL of the mixed sample and drop it on a glass slide, cover it with a coverslip, and place it under a fluorescence microscope for observation.
Sample Requirements
It is suitable for female vaginal secretion samples. The collection container should be clean. Generally, a cotton swab moistened with physiological saline is used to obtain samples from the deep part of the vagina, the posterior fornix of the vagina, the cervical orifice, etc.
