概述
人类树突状细胞细胞因子包中含有 IL-4 和 GM-CSF，这是培养人类树突状细胞所必需的关键成分。重组人 IL-4 是一种在体外促进人类树突状细胞分化和成熟所必需的细胞因子。IL-4 蛋白，特别是重组 IL-4，能够促使从单核细胞等前体细胞中发育出树突状细胞。人类 IL-4 与其他因素（包括 GM-CSF（粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子））协同作用，推动分化过程。通常情况下，将单核细胞在含有重组 IL-4 和 GM-CSF 的环境中培养，可得到未成熟的树突状细胞，这些细胞随后可通过其他刺激进一步成熟。

The Human Dendritic Cell Cytokine Package contains IL-4 and GM-CSF, key components required for the culturing of murine dendritic cells. Recombinant murine IL-4 is an essential cytokine used in the differentiation and maturation of murine dendritic cell in vitro. The IL-4 protein, specifically recombinant IL-4, promotes the development of dendritic cells from precursor cells such as monocytes. Murine IL-4 acts synergistically with other factors, including GM-CSF (granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor), to drive the differentiation process. Typically, monocytes are cultured in the presence of recombinant IL-4 and GM-CSF to yield immature dendritic cells, which can then be futher matured by additional stimuli.

IL-4 is a pleiotropic cytokine that regulates diverse T- and B-cell responses including cell proliferation, survival, and gene expression. Produced by mast cells, T cells, and bone marrow stromal cells, IL-4 regulates the differentiation of naive CD4+ T cells into helper Th2 cells.
GM-CSF is a hematopoietic growth factor that stimulates the development of neutrophils and macrophages and promotes the proliferation and development of early erythroid megakaryocytic and eosinophilic progenitor cells.
