酸性蛋白酶（ACP）是一种在酸性环境下催化蛋白质水解的酶。该酶主要用于酒精发酵、啤酒酿造、毛皮软化、果酒澄清、酱油酿造、饲料等。该试剂盒可检测动物组织，细菌和真菌、血清或血浆等生物样本。酸性条件下，ACP 催化酪蛋白水解产生酪氨酸；在碱性条件下，酪氨酸还原磷钼酸化合物生成钨蓝；钨蓝在680nm有特征吸收峰，通过测定其吸光度增加，来计算 ACP 活性。
Acidic Protease (ACP) is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of proteins under acidic conditions. This enzyme is primarily used in alcoholic fermentation, brewing, leather bating, fruit wine clarification, soy sauce production, and animal feed. This assay kit is suitable for detecting biological samples such as animal tissues, bacteria, fungi, serum, or plasma. Under acidic conditions, ACP catalyzes the hydrolysis of casein to produce tyrosine; under alkaline conditions, tyrosine reduces the phosphomolybdic acid compound to form tungsten blue. Tungsten blue has a characteristic absorption peak at 680 nm. ACP activity is calculated by measuring the increase in absorbance.
