本方法基于肌酸激酶催化ATP与肌酸反应生成磷酸肌酸和ADP。所生成的磷酸肌酸在酸性条件下与磷钼酸试剂反应，经波长扫描确认产物在700 nm处具有最大吸收峰。通过测定该波长下的吸光度值，可间接计算样本中ATP的含量。
This method is based on the creatine kinase (CK)-catalyzed reaction of ATP with creatine to generate phosphocreatine and ADP. The generated phosphocreatine reacts with phosphomolybdic acid reagent under acidic conditions. Wavelength scanning confirms that the product exhibits maximum absorbance at 700 nm. By measuring the absorbance at this wavelength, the ATP content in the sample can be indirectly calculated.
