概述
发根农杆菌液体培养基适用于发根农杆菌的摇瓶扩增、菌株活化与感受态细胞制备，配方不含琼脂，营养配比均衡，可满足发根农杆菌生长代谢需求。
培养基配方 (每升)：

使用说明：
称取本品 16.0g 于 1L 蒸馏水中，加热煮沸至完全溶解，分装，121℃ 高压灭菌 15 分钟,冷至 47～50℃，无菌操作添加过滤除菌的抗生素溶液 (如卡那霉素100mg/L)，混匀，分装备用。
注意事项：
1、操作时避免与皮肤、眼睛直接接触，如不慎接触，请立即用大量清水冲洗。
2、本品仅用于实验室科研实验，不可用于临床诊断。
YEB Broth is suitable for shake‑flask propagation, strain activation and competent‑cell preparation of Agrobacterium rhizogenes. This agar‑free medium has a balanced nutrient formulation and can meet the growth and metabolic requirements of Agrobacterium rhizogenes.

Instructions for Use:
Weigh 16.0 g of this product into 1 L of distilled water, heat to boiling until completely dissolved, dispense, autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes, cool to 47-50 °C, add filter‑sterilized antibiotic solution (e.g., kanamycin 100 mg/L) under aseptic conditions, mix well, and dispense for later use.
Precautions:
1. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes during handling. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
2. This product is for laboratory research only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis.
