ABTS [2,2′-联氨-双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)] 是一种过氧化物酶显色底物和漆酶电子介体。本品由ABTS溶液、缓冲液及氧化剂组成，反应后生成绿色产物，于405 nm读取吸光度。广泛应用于ELISA（HRP体系）、漆酶活性检测及游离氯测定等实验。反应可用1% SDS终止。仅供科研使用。
ABTS [2,2′-Azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)] is a chromogenic substrate for peroxidase and an electron mediator for laccase. This product consists of ABTS solution, buffer, and an oxidizing agent. Upon reaction, a green-colored product is generated, and the absorbance is read at 405 nm. It is widely used in ELISA (HRP-based systems), laccase activity assays, and free chlorine determination. The reaction can be terminated with 1% SDS. For research use only.
