藻类是约 3 万种低等光合生物，无根茎叶分化，按细胞结构分为原核蓝藻和真核 8 大门类。按色素归为蓝、绿、褐、红四大色素系，从淡水到深海广泛分布。它们是水生生态系统的初级生产者，贡献全球约 40% 的光合固碳。与人类关系紧密 —— 既可食用、作工业原料，也可能引发赤潮、水华等灾害。演化上极为古老，蓝藻出现于 35 亿年前，绿藻则是陆生植物的直系祖先。
藻类保色液 Ⅱ 主要由硫酸铜、乙醇、福尔马林等组成，用于除绿藻外的其他藻类的保色保存。本试剂仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断。
操作步骤 (仅供参考)：
1、将藻类标本在藻类保存液 (碘液) (阿拉丁货号: A1525448) 中放置 1-2 天。
2、再将标本放入藻类保色液 Ⅱ 中长期保存，也可在保色液中放置 2 天后转入 5% 福尔马林溶液中保存。

Algae include approximately 30,000 species of lower photosynthetic organisms without differentiation of roots, stems and leaves. According to cellular structure, they are classified into prokaryotic cyanobacteria and eight major groups of eukaryotic algae. Based on pigments, they are categorized into four major pigment series: blue, green, brown and red, widely distributed from fresh water to deep sea. As primary producers in aquatic ecosystems, they contribute about 40% of global photosynthetic carbon fixation. They have close relationships with humans: they can be consumed as food and used as industrial raw materials, and may also cause disasters such as red tides and water blooms. Evolutionarily, algae are extremely ancient. Cyanobacteria appeared 3.5 billion years ago, and green algae are the direct ancestors of terrestrial plants.Algae Color Preservation Solution Ⅱ is mainly composed of copper sulfate, ethanol, formalin and other components. It is used for color preservation of algae other than green algae. This reagent is for research use only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis.
Operating Procedure (For Reference Only):
1. Place the algae specimens in algae preservation solution (iodine solution) (Aladdin Cat. No.: A1525448) for 1–2 days.
2. Transfer the specimens into Algae Color Preservation Solution Ⅱ for long-term preservation. Alternatively, after specimens are kept in this color preservation solution for 2 days, they can be transferred into 5% formalin solution for preservation.
