概述
抗体的稳定性对于抗体的保存和使用极其重要，IgG 是最稳定的球蛋白之一，通常在 pH5~9、浓度小于 20 mg/ml 的缓冲液中最稳定，抗体储存液由磷酸盐、保护剂 等组成，pH=7.0 ~ 7.2 , 可用于常规抗体的保存，由于本品含有保护剂，可有效避免在低温条件下抗体溶液结冰的情况。
该试剂仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断或其他用途。
操作步骤 (仅供参考)
将制备好的抗体溶液与抗体储存液按 1: 2~3 的比例混合，充分溶解后，2-8℃条件下可短期保存，-20℃~ - 80℃保存 2 年或更长时间。

The stability of antibodies is extremely important for their storage and use. IgG is one of the most stable globulins, and is generally most stable in buffers at pH 5–9 and at concentrations less than 20 mg/ml. The antibody storage solution is composed of phosphate, protective agents, etc., with a pH of 7.0–7.2, and can be used for the storage of routine antibodies. Since this product contains a protective agent, it can effectively prevent the antibody solution from freezing under low-temperature conditions.
This reagent is for research use only and is not suitable for clinical diagnosis or other purposes.
Procedure (for reference only)：
Mix the prepared antibody solution with the antibody storage buffer at a ratio of 1:2–3. After thorough dissolution, it can be stored short-term at 2–8°C, or stored at -20°C to -80°C for 2 years or longer.
