概述
AMCA-X SE是一种氨基活性的蓝色荧光染料，广泛用于标记含有伯胺或仲胺的蛋白质或其他生物分子。染料的储液可以用无水DMF或DMSO制得。偶联反应通常在pH~8.5的缓冲液（例如0.1-0.2 M的碳酸氢钠缓冲液）中进行。 AMCA-X SE的荧光量子产率很高，可以发出明亮的荧光，激发波长与汞灯的照射谱完美匹配。

Product introduction：
Amca-xSE is an amino active blfluorescent dye, which is widely used to label proteins or other biomolecules containing primary or secondary amines. The storage solution of dye can be prepared with anhydrous DMF or DMSO. The coupling reaction is usually carried out in a buffer of ph~8.5 (such as 0.1-0.2 M sodium bicarbonate buffer). Amca-xSE has a high fluorescence quantum yield, can emit bright fluorescence, and the excitation wavelength perfectly matches the irradiation spectrum of mercury lamp.
