LPS (L118716) stimulated (2.5 days) C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes were preincubated with Mouse Fc Receptor Blocking Solution Plus (M1374079). The cells were then stained with CD80 Armenian Hamster mAb (PE) (Ab179739) (red) at 0.1μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C compared to an isotype control (blue). Blue - Armenian Hamster IgG (PE) (Ab191748). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody. Unstimulated cells were used as control (left panel).
