Human IgG (Biotin) (Ab180314) was tested by direct ELISA. The plate was coated with Goat Anti-Human IgG Antibody (Ab170447). A serial dilution of Human IgG (Biotin) (Ab180314) was used as the secondary antibody. A HRP-streptavidin (np156148) was used at 1/20000 dilution for this ELISA.

Lymphocytes are stained with Recombinant CD3 Antibody (APC) (Ab178034) and Human IgG (Biotin) (Ab180314) (Left).
