Flow cytometry analysis of SIRP alpha/CD172a expression by C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were preincubated with Mouse FcR Blocking Reagent (Ab219990). The cells were then stained with SIRP alpha/CD172a Rat mAb (AF594) (Ab191793) at 0.3μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C.
