CD40 Mouse mAb (AF594) (Ab213565) - Flow Cytometry Flow cytometry analysis of CD40 expression by human peripheral blood lymphocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with CD40 Mouse mAb (AF594) (Ab213565) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C.
