Flow cytometry analysis of HLA A2/B7 expression by human peripheral blood lymphocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with HLA A2/B7 Mouse mAb (AF594) (Ab215342) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Left panel - Mouse IgG (AF594) (Ab190247).

Blue - Mouse IgG (AF594) (Ab190247). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
