Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Pacific Blue) (Ready to use) (Ab220035) - IF/ICC IF analysis of GAPDH (blue) in MCF-7 cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with GAPDH Mouse mAb (Ab155825) at 1/2000 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Pacific Blue) (Ready to use) (Ab220035) at 1mL/well for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (blue). A 24-well cell culture plate was used for this experiment. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. Cells were counterstained with PI (red). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.

Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
