Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF488) (Ab223312) - IF/ICC IF analysis of HA tag (Green) in HEK293T cells transfected with a mCherry-HA tag. The cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde Fix Solution (P395744) for 15 minutes, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 (I743383) for 15 minutes, and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Recombinant HA tag Antibody (Ab106771) at 1.0 μg/mL in blocking buffer for 2 hour at RT and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF488) (Ab223312) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.

Then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF488) (Ab223312) at a dilution of 1/500 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark. Blue - Rabbit IgG (Ab170215).
