A serial dilution of Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab223343) was used as the secondary antibody. A HRP-streptavidin (np156148) was used at 1/20000 dilution for this ELISA.
Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab223343) - ELISA Cross-reactivity of Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab223343) was tested by direct ELISA. The wells were coated with the indicated IgG at 0.5 µg/mL (100 µL/well) and incubated overnight at 4℃, followed by a 2% BSA blocking step for 2h. Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab223343) at 1/16000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. A HRP-streptavidin (np156148) was used at 1/20000 dilution for this ELISA.
