Flow cytometry analysis of Ly6g expression by C57BL/6 Mouse bone marrow cells (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were preincubated with Mouse FcR Blocking Reagent (Ab219990). The cells were then stained with Recombinant Ly6g Antibody (Biotin) (Ab223801) at 0.25μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Left panel - Rat IgG (Biotin) (Ab180310).
