Flow cytometry analysis of Ly6g expression by C57BL/6 Mouse bone marrow cells (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were preincubated with Mouse FcR Blocking Reagent (Ab219990). The cells were then stained with Recombinant Ly6g Antibody (Pacific Blue) (Ab223811) at 0.25μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C.
