PHA-stimulated (3 days) human peripheral blood lymphocytes were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with Recombinant IL-2 Receptor alpha/CD25 Antibody (PerCP-Cy5.5) (Ab229415) (red) at 0.1μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C compared to an isotype control (blue). Blue - Mouse IgG (PerCP-Cy5.5) (Ab190081). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody. Unstimulated PBMCs were used as control (left panel).
