Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CLEC4C/CD303 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes and monocytes. Cells were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078). The cells were then stained with Recombinant IL3RA/CD123 Antibody (APC) (Ab223905) and either Mouse IgG (Biotin) (Ab180306; Left panel) or Recombinant CLEC4C/CD303 Antibody (Biotin) (Ab229436; Right panel) at 0.1μg/test. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark.
