Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD1c expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Cells were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078 ). The cells were then stained with CD19 Mouse mAb (FITC) (Ab210024 ) and either Mouse IgG (AF660) (Ab225744 ; Left panel) or Recombinant CD1c Antibody (AF660) (Ab231896 ; Right panel) at 1μL/test.
