PHA-stimulated (3 days) human peripheral blood lymphocytes were preincubated with Human Fc Receptor Blocking Solution (H1374078 ). The cells were then stained Recombinant CD103 Antibody (FITC) (Ab231976 ) (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Blue - Mouse IgG (FITC) (Ab180307 ). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody. Unstimulated PBMCs were used as control (left panel).
