Two-color flow cytometric analysis of F4/80 expression on C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells. Cells were preincubated with Mouse FcR Blocking Reagent (Ab219990). The cells were then stained with Recombinant CD11b Antibody (FITC) (Ab231298) and either Rat IgG (AF647) (Ab190071; Left panel) or Recombinant F4/80 Antibody (AF647) (Ab302195; Right panel) at 0.1μg/test.
