Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD11c expression on mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were preincubated with Mouse Fc Receptor Blocking Solution Plus (M1374079). The cells were then stained with CD45R Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab191663) and either Rat IgG (AF405) (Ab190070; Left panel) or Recombinant CD11c Antibody (AF405) (Ab302898; Right panel) at 0.5μg/test.
