Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD11c expression on mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were preincubated with Mouse Fc Receptor Blocking Solution Plus (M1374079). The cells were then stained with CD45R Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab191663) and either Rat IgG (Pacific Blue) (Ab216768; Left panel) or Recombinant CD11c Antibody (Pacific Blue) (Ab302906; Right panel) at 0.3μg/test.
