Integrin alpha-X/beta-2 is a receptor for fibrinogen. It recognizes the sequence G-P-R in fibrinogen. It mediates cell-cell interaction during inflammatory responses. It is especially important in monocyte adhesion and chemotaxis (By similarity).

Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD11c expression on mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were preincubated with Mouse Fc Receptor Blocking Solution Plus (M1374079). The cells were then stained with CD45R Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab191667) and either Rat IgG (APC) (Ab180313; Left panel) or Recombinant CD11c Antibody (APC) (Ab302913; Right panel) at 0.1μg/test.
