概述
本产品为 10×BU 缓冲液，pH 为 7.0，经过过滤除菌处理。可用于配制 X-gal 显色培养基，检测 EGY48 酵母单杂交系统中 LacZ 报告基因。
10×BU溶液 (pH=7.0，无菌)为酵母 X-gal 显色实验提供缓冲环境，使酵母菌落显色更清晰、持久。
使用说明 (以500 mL体系为例)：
提前在 55 ℃预热20%半乳糖溶液(无菌)，棉子糖溶液 (20%, 过滤除菌) (阿拉丁货号：R1524582)以及10×BU溶液 (pH=7.0，无菌)。灭菌后的500 mL培养基降温至55 ℃，依次加入50 mL 20%半乳糖溶液(无菌)，25 mL 棉子糖溶液 (20%, 过滤除菌)，50 mL 10×BU溶液 (pH=7.0，无菌)以及2 mL X-Gal 溶液 (20 mg/mL) (阿拉丁货号：X1520260)，混匀后倒板，凝固后放至2-8℃避光保存以供后续使用。

This product is a 10×BU buffer at pH 7.0 and has been filter-sterilized. It can be used to prepare X-gal chromogenic medium for detecting the LacZ reporter gene in the EGY48 yeast one-hybrid system.
10×BU solution (pH = 7.0, sterile) provides a buffering environment for yeast X-gal chromogenic experiments, making yeast colonies develop clearer and more persistent color.
Instructions for Use (using a 500 mL system as an example):
Preheat a 20% galactose solution (sterile), a raffinose solution (20%, filter-sterilized) (Aladdin Catalog No.: R1524582), and the 10×BU solution (pH = 7.0, sterile) at 55 ℃ in advance. Cool the sterilized 500 mL medium to 55 ℃, then sequentially add 50 mL of 20% galactose solution (sterile), 25 mL of raffinose solution (20%, filter-sterilized), 50 mL of 10×BU solution (pH = 7.0, sterile), and 2 mL of X-Gal solution (20 mg/mL) (Aladdin Catalog No.: X1520260). Mix well and pour plates. After solidification, store at 2–8 ℃ protected from light for subsequent use.
