概述
牛肉膏蛋白胨琼脂（Beef Extract Peptone Agar，Nutrient Agar）为通用基础细菌培养基，蛋白胨与牛肉浸粉提供碳源、氮源、维生素及生长因子，氯化钠维持渗透压平衡，琼脂作为凝固剂，广泛用于微生物教学、环境微生物、食品微生物科研实验。
培养基配方(每升)：

使用说明：
称取本品 35.0g 于 1L 蒸馏水或去离子水中，加热煮沸至完全溶解,分装,121℃ 高压灭菌 15 分钟，灭菌结束后请摇匀，以防琼脂沉积于器皿底部而凝固，备用。
注意事项：
1、pH7.3±0.2 (25℃)。
2、操作时避免与皮肤、眼睛直接接触，如不慎接触，请立即用大量清水冲洗。
3、本品仅用于实验室科研实验，不可用于临床诊断。
Beef Extract Peptone Agar (Nutrient Agar) is a general-purpose basal bacterial medium. Peptone and beef extract supply carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors; sodium chloride maintains osmotic balance; agar serves as the gelling agent. It is widely used in microbiology teaching, environmental microbiology and food microbiology research.

Instructions for Use:
Weigh 35.0 g of the product into 1 L of distilled or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, dispense, then autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes. Mix well immediately after sterilization to prevent agar sedimentation and solidification at the bottom of the container, and set aside for use.
Precautions:
1. pH 7.3±0.2 at 25 °C.
2. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes during handling. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
3. This product is for laboratory research only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis.
