概述
Capstone FS-3000是含氟非离子表面活性剂，可以在水性和溶剂型体系下提供优异的降低表面张力的性能，以此加强润湿、分散、流平和其他表面性能。 Capstone FS-3000不含任何VOC(挥发性有机化合物)，不含APEO(烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚)，非易燃品，可跟任何离子性的表面活性剂相容。
Capstone FS-3000在很低的剂量下即可表现其优异的润湿能力。Capstone FS-3000在普通的、酸性的、含盐的和硬水环境中都可稳定存在，因此适用于各种体系。Capstone FS-3000中不含任何溶剂和水，因此可以方便的添加于水性和溶剂型体系中。Capstone FS-3000广泛适用于清洗、涂料、涂层、胶、薄膜等配方中。

of solvent makes FS-3000 a particularly effective additive to orqanic polymers and solvent-based paints and coatings.lt is also effective as an additive in cleaning
products,paints, coatings, adhesives, and films.

• Warm to 50 °C (122 °F) and mix well before use
– Especially when taking a partial sample from the container
– For drum size containers, thorough agitation, including use of a drum agitator with low speed mixing, may be necessary to ensure consistent percentage solids throughout
