铁是人体必需的微量元素之一，具有重要的生理作用。亚铁离子是血红素和血红蛋白中的关键元素，同时也在许多生化反应中起到重要作用。细胞亚铁离子含量检测试剂盒（TPTZ, 微量法）可检测细胞生物样本。在该试剂盒中，细胞经裂解后，样本中的Fe2+在酸性条件下与三吡啶基三嗪形成蓝色配合物，在 593 nm 处有吸收峰，通过测定该波长吸光度即可计算 Fe2+的含量。
Iron is one of the essential trace elements in human body and has important physiological effects. Ferrous ions are key elements in heme and hemoglobin, and also play an important role in many biochemical reactions. Cell Ferrous Ion Content Assay Kit (TPTZ, Micro Method) can be used to detect biological samples such as cells. In the kit, after cells is cracked, Fe2+ forms a blue complex with tripyridyl triazine under acidic conditions, and has an absorption peak at 593 nm. The content of Fe2+ can be calculated by measuring the absorbance of this wavelength.
