糜蛋白酶，又称胰凝乳蛋白酶，是胰腺分泌的一种蛋白水解酶，能迅速分解变性蛋白质。糜蛋白酶的功能与胰蛋白酶相似，但是具有分解能力强、毒性低和不良反应小等优点。临床上糜蛋白酶用于痰液稀化，对脓性和非脓性痰液均有效；也用于创伤或手术后伤口愈合，如白内障摘除。 测定原理：糜蛋白酶催化ATEE水解，产物在237 nm有特征光吸收；通过测定237 nm 光吸收变化速率，来计算糜蛋白酶活性。
Chymotrypsin, also known as α-chymotrypsin, is a proteolytic enzyme secreted by the pancreas that rapidly degrades denatured proteins. Its function is similar to that of trypsin, but it offers advantages such as strong digestive capacity, low toxicity, and few adverse reactions. Clinically, chymotrypsin is used to liquefy sputum, being effective against both purulent and non‑purulent sputum; it is also used to promote wound healing after trauma or surgery, such as in cataract extraction. Determination principle: Chymotrypsin catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATEE (N‑acetyl‑L‑tyrosine ethyl ester), and the product exhibits characteristic light absorption at 237 nm. Chymotrypsin activity is calculated by measuring the rate of change in absorbance at 237 nm.
