细胞色素P450酶是一组主要存在于肝脏的同工酶，在外源物质代谢中具有重要作用，尤其是药物和毒物的代谢。细胞色素P450和细胞色素b5是P450酶系的两个血红素蛋白，其比值的变化与P450代谢活性密切相关。 测定原理：氧化型细胞色素b5经连二亚硫酸钠还原后，在424nm处有最大吸收峰，通过测定424nm和490nm处吸光值的差异，即可计算出细胞色素b5的含量。
Cytochrome P450 enzymes are a group of isozymes primarily found in the liver and play an important role in the metabolism of xenobiotics, especially drugs and toxins. Cytochrome P450 and cytochrome b5 are the two heme proteins of the P450 enzyme system, and changes in their ratio are closely related to P450 metabolic activity. Determination Principle: After being reduced by sodium dithionite, oxidized cytochrome b5 exhibits a maximum absorption peak at 424 nm. The content of cytochrome b5 can be calculated by measuring the difference in absorbance between 424 nm and 490 nm.
